My Journey
Hi there! I’m Jasmine, the creator behind this small, heart-led business focused on mental wellness and creative self-care.
My journey began with a diagnosis of Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH). This is a rare neurological condition that affected my vision and led to hospitalisation. In the aftermath of that life-altering experience, I launched a blog called IIH Wanderings, hoping to build a space where others navigating similar health struggles could feel heard and supported.
But that was just the beginning.
Over time, I began to see how many people, especially those with chronic illnesses or Neurodivergent traits like ADHD (which I also live with), were falling through the cracks, muddling through systems that weren’t designed with us in mind. This inspired me to become a life coach, and eventually set up my own business offering support and guidance to others going through challenging paths of their own.
As I explored the world of self-employment, I also discovered the joy of creating practical wellbeing tools and gifts, from grounding bookmarks and mindful activity books to small tokens of encouragement designed to uplift, soothe, and empower. After taking part in my first market stall event, I realised just how much I loved connecting with people through my products. In April 2025, I made the decision to focus more on mental wellness products and selling in-person and online.
Mental health has always been close to my heart, something that not only affects my daily life, but also something I’ve formally studied. I hold a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy Principles and Practices from the University of Derby, and I’m passionate about blending creativity, empathy, and real-life experience into everything I do.
Whether you’re here for calming products, a thoughtful gift, or simply looking to feel a little less alone in your journey, I’m so glad you found your way here.
