The story behind the business
Hi, I’m Jasmine, the person behind Serene Creations Hub.
This space has grown from a mix of lived experience, creativity, and a genuine passion for mental wellbeing. What started as a personal journey has gradually evolved into something I can now share with others in a way that feels meaningful and supportive.
I studied counselling and psychotherapy at university, which gave me a deeper understanding of mental health, but it’s my real-life experiences, including navigating neurodivergence and unexpected health challenges, that truly shaped the direction I’ve taken.
Traditional work felt out of reach due to these challenges, and after attending an International Women's Day presentation about how the Prince's Trust, now known as the King's Trust, can offer support in starting your own business, I stepped into self-employment.
Initially, I focused on using my degree to become an online life coach, but when I attended my first market, selling items that I created to get my business “out there”, I realised how much I loved this more hands-on approach, and from there, Serene Creations Hub began to take shape.
Today, this business is focused on creating and curating products that support everyday wellbeing in simple, gentle ways. From sensory tools and mindful activities to small gifts designed to comfort or uplift, everything is chosen with care.
I know that life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re dealing with things that aren’t always visible to others, and that’s why this space exists, not just to offer products, but to quietly support those moments where a little calm, clarity, or comfort is needed.
Alongside my shop, I also offer a dedicated page which shares free UK-based resources covering a range of topics, from mental health to finances, so you can have a stress-free time finding the right support for your individual needs.
This business is still evolving, just like I am, but at its heart it’s simply about making wellbeing feel more accessible, more personal, and a little bit softer.
